Curious case files is a series focused on clinical or surgical cases handled with a non-standard, innovative, or clinically bold approach.

A rare case of cervical rhabdomyosarcoma in a 26-year-old woman misdiagnosed as fibroid. Histopathology confirmed the botryoid variant; managed with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Highlights the importance of early biopsy and multimodal care in rare cervical tumors.
