my view is selective termination in early wks of gestation if it is not coming in medico-legal aspect or not sex biased or coming in relegious obstaclles with consent of family after we all are here to ensure healthy outcome & want community is to be benefitted from advancement of medical knowledge, Laser coagulation in later between 20 th to 24 th wk if this in favour of mother & fetal health like in conditions leading to disturbances in coagulation profile, if preg . is allowed to continue.with the consent of 2gynaec it can be done from Dr Urmil wadhawan,sent mail by aarushi & Saksham with enquiring & discussing whole issue with Dr Wadhawan.
