1. Why is this event locked?

This event is available for only our Premium Members.

2. How to attend the event ONLINE?

On the day of the event, kindly return to this page/link and click on the “LIVE” button (below the event banner) to view the proceedings.

3. Do I need to enroll for every CME under the Premium CMEs Plan?

You will need to enroll JUST ONCE for any one CME under the Premium CMEs Plan. Our system will automatically capture your details for all future enrollments.

4. How will I be notified when a CME is about to begin?

A Reminder e-mail will be sent to all Premium CME Plan Members one hour before the event start time.

5. When will I receive my certificates?

Delegates who attend the CPD Credit Point CME LIVE will receive their certificates within a month post completion of the CME.

6. How will I receive my Certificate after I have attended the webinar?

You can download your certificate, including CPD Credit Hours/Points, from the "Certificates" section under the "Resources" tab.

Additionally, a copy of the certificate will be sent to your registered email address.

7. Are CPD Credit Points applicable to all the states?

Yes, CPD Credit Points are applicable for all states. Kindly check with your respective state council for the conversion of these CPD Points.

8. How to avail Out-of-state CPD Credit Points?

Submit your certificate to your respective State Medical Council to avail CPD Credit Points.

9. How can the points earned be redeemed with State Medical Councils?

Upon attending the CPD session live, you will receive a certificate via email. You can then upload this certificate to your respective State Medical Council’s portal, where they will verify the details and grant points according to their guidelines.

10. If the live event has started already, can I join in between sessions?

Yes, you can join in between the sessions and can view the recording later at the event link itself for missed sessions until your plan is valid.

12. Until when will the recording be available?

The recording will be available at this link itself until your Plan is Valid.

13. Can I download content for offline viewing?

We regret to inform you that the video lectures cannot be downloaded as it is an intellectual property, however, Premium Members can view the recordings at the EVENT link itself until your Plan is Valid.

14. What if I have issues with my subscription?
