Good evening sir, I've a case of prolonged bleeding not severe changes 2pads/day after MTP pill(set of 5 tablets) usage suggested by a local quack in a 2 prior LSCS patient of 8-9 weeks of amenorrhea. On TVS Ut cavity empty and 4*3cm ?RPOC in cervical canal is seen. Shall I go with D&E ? Patient wants to medical treatment, shall I repeat Misoprostol dose? Please let me know.
