Poor ovarian response is defined as the development of insufficient number of mature ovarian follicles following gonadotrophin stimulation. Management of poor responders is a challenge for the physician.

Dr. Kamini Rao, Infertility Consultant, Medical Director, MILANN infertility centre, explains the various terminologies of poor response, hypo response and suboptimal responders.
