A) A hysteroscopic guided biopsy in any patient over 40 yrs of age is mandatory, along with management of any intra op pathology noted simultaneously

Q) Does hysteroscopy spread endometrial CA ???
A) No it does not. We usually work at pressures between 60 to 80 for suspected cases which minimizes leakage from the tubal ostia. Evening leak occurs it is insignificant for upstaging the disease
